Employee Care Program

The Employee Care Program at Abel Electric Inc. and Groups is a company and employee supported resource designed to help team members through challenging seasons. It provides practical support options, access to professional help, and spiritual care for employees and eligible family members. This program reflects our commitment to building a stable, safety-focused workforce across commercial, industrial, civil, residential, service, and generator operations. When our people are supported, our job sites run safer, communication improves, and teams stay strong through demanding schedules.

Care Built On Commitment, Compassion, And Community

The Employee Care Program is guided by commitment, compassion, and community, which shape how support is offered and how requests are handled. The goal is to respond with dignity and discretion while providing meaningful help that fits real life needs. Employees are encouraged to seek support early, before stress or hardship impacts safety and performance on the job. This approach helps protect families, strengthens teams, and reinforces the culture that many employees value at Abel Electric.

Practical Help That Meets Real Needs

Support can include pathways that help employees stay stable during medical hardship, financial strain, or family challenges. The Sick Bank Program allows employees facing extended medical leave, with proof from a medical provider, to request donated unused sick time from other employees. Additional assistance options may be available based on eligibility and program guidelines, and the focus remains on helping employees regain stability. A workforce that feels supported is more likely to stay engaged, follow safety standards, and perform consistently on active job sites.
